· All of our outfits are custom made on order in our in house production facility which helps us maintain a quality standard for the silhouettes that we provide. This helps us operate in a sustainable way with minimum fabric wastage and thus reducing the carbon footprint on our planet.

· At Chaav, all outfits are reasonably priced. When you shop at Chaav, we promise you that you get value for your money with the best quality in the market. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

· We follow a six step process from procurement of fabric to making the outfit to ensure that you get a quality product everytime you order from us.

· Chaav is a made to order brand and we don't produce in bulk. Each outfit is made on order with precision according to the set size guide or your custom measurements.

· To reduce the carbon footprint and to avoid wastage, we don't hold any inventory. We embrace life and go to great lengths to make a positive impact on mother nature.
