ABOUT US

Chaav is a women's pure linen clothing brand based in Delhi, India. We design and produce made-to-order co-ord sets and dresses. Our website, www.chaav.in, is our official online store.

PRODUCTS

All products listed on chaav.in are made to order. This means production begins only after your order is confirmed. Each piece is individually crafted by our tailors in your selected size.

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen resolution, display settings, and the natural characteristics of linen fabric. Linen is a natural textile - slight texture variations, slub patterns, and softening over time are inherent qualities of the fabric and not defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update product pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

ORDERS

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders) or once the order is verified (for COD orders). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing due to technical errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Since all Chaav products are made to order, please note the following:

Your outfit is cut and stitched only after your order is confirmed. Orders are dispatched within 4-6business days from confirmation. Cancellation requests may not be honoured once production has begun, as fabric has already been cut for your specific order.

We encourage you to refer to our size guide before ordering and reach out to us if you need help choosing the right size.

SIZING

We offer standard sizes from XS to 3XL. Custom sizing is available as an add-on option. Please refer to our size guide on the website or contact us for assistance. If you opt for custom sizing, please double-check your measurements before submitting - once production starts on a custom-sized garment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

PAYMENT

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through our payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select pincodes with a COD charge of Rs. 79 per order.

Chaav does not store your payment credentials. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partner.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched within 4-6 business days from order confirmation. Delivery takes an additional 2–4 business days depending on your location. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. COD orders attract a shipping charge of Rs. 79.

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are processed as an exchange or store credit (gift card) only.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

DISCOUNT CODES AND OFFERS

Discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions mentioned at the time of the offer. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on chaav.in - including but not limited to product photographs, text, graphics, logos, and design elements - is the property of Chaav and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

USER CONDUCT

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent orders. Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality or security. Reproduce or scrape any content from the website without authorisation.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or refuse service to any individual who violates these terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chaav shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure events, or technical issues beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these external sites.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of chaav.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of chaav.in after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
