Every piece is stitched when you order - here's how it reaches you.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
All Chaav pieces are made to order - your outfit is cut and stitched only after you place your order. This means every piece is made fresh, exactly to your selected size, with zero waste.
Your order will be dispatched within 4-6 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-4 additional business days depending on your location.
Why 4-6 days? Because your outfit doesn't sit on a shelf. Each piece is individually crafted by our tailors — one garment, start to finish. It's the slow fashion way, and it's worth the wait.

Free shipping across India - no minimum order required.
Cash on Delivery
Available at select pincodes. COD charge of ₹79 per order applies.
To check COD availability for your pincode, simply proceed to checkout and enter your address - the COD option will appear if available for your area. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp or email.
SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery: Blue Dart ,Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and DTDC. The carrier is auto-assigned based on the best available service for your pincode.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 48+ hours after dispatch, write to us - we'll follow up with the carrier directly.
DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
During festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (weather disruptions, logistics delays), your order may take slightly longer to dispatch or deliver.
We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are delivered within India only.
